Security infrastructure built for the people developing on the ground.
The most defensible markets are the ones most people haven't looked at yet. We have. And we're already operating inside them.
New infrastructure, new neighborhoods, new industry. Honduras is in active development — and the people doing that work have real assets, real risk, and very few modern solutions designed for them.
Our security vertical isn't built for corporate campuses or gated communities. It's purpose-built for an underserved segment — one with clear pain, clear budget, and no incumbent. The details are for the conversation.
Honduras is in a construction boom. New colonias, roads, and infrastructure projects are launching across the country. No purpose-designed solution exists for this market yet. We built one. And we're already here.
From advising businesses to growing coffee in Honduras — everything we do is built around creating lasting value for people, land, and communities.
We work directly with founders, operators, and organizations navigating real complexity — business structure, growth decisions, market entry, and what to prioritize when everything feels urgent. We don't hand over decks. We sit across the table and work through it. Most of our advisory relationships begin here and expand into other parts of the Salomon portfolio over time.
We are actively developing 11 acres of highland land in Siguatepeque, Honduras into a working estate — Villa Alicia. The first phase includes eco-cabin hospitality for travelers, researchers, and mission groups. The land produces coffee, features forest trails, and sits within a growing region. This is not a concept — ground is broken and development is underway. Adjacent land is being acquired for the Vision House Campus.
Solar-powered, AI-enabled surveillance nodes built for active construction sites with no grid dependency. Our systems protect excavators, heavy machinery, and site perimeters around the clock — moving with each project phase. We designed this for the developers and contractors building Central America, giving them intelligent, affordable security without the overhead of guards or walls.
We grow and export coffee under the Café Lempira brand from our own land in Honduras. What sets our operation apart is how we manage it — drone surveying with thermal imaging allows us to detect erosion patterns, identify hydration gaps, and respond to dry spells before they damage crops. The result is smarter water use, healthier plants, and a product we can stand behind from soil to cup.
Through Vision House, we host students, welcome researchers, and invest in people who want to do meaningful work in Honduras. We've hosted students for extended stays, supported community development, and are breaking ground on a dedicated 2-acre campus for OT students and professors in May 2026. This vertical isn't separate from the business — it's the reason the business exists.
Every vertical inside Salomon Dynamics is a tracked, capitalized asset. We deploy our own capital into land acquisitions, operating businesses, and ideas with long-term value — and we stay involved. We're not a passive fund. We're operators who invest, and investors who operate. If you're looking to understand our portfolio or explore alignment, the dashboard below shows where we are right now.
We open our world to people who want more than a classroom. Come to Honduras, learn security technology hands-on, or conduct real research on working land. These programs are for people ready to do, not just learn.
Come to Villa Alicia and see what we're building. Nine acres in the Honduran highlands — coffee, eco-cabins, mountain trails, and real community. Perfect for travelers, mission groups, or anyone curious about a different kind of trip.
Learn how modern security systems actually work — cameras, AI detection, threat assessment, and infrastructure design. Hands-on training for security professionals, law enforcement, and organizations ready to upgrade how they protect people and property.
An immersive field program for OTD and Behavioral Health Sciences students. Six weeks on working land in Honduras — applying clinical skills in real communities, connecting theory to practice.
We're breaking ground on the Vision House Campus in May 2026 — 2 acres of intentional land in the Honduran pinewoods. Designed for OT students and professors who want to immerse in nature, serve communities, and do meaningful work in a place that genuinely inspires it.
